Wickets wicked veggie sandwich at Galactic Grill in Disneyland

Edit: no longer available to be made Vegan.
Wickets wicked veggie sandwich from Galactic Grill in Disneyland
Tip: These sandwiches are pre-prepared, so if you ask for it with no cheese and no sauce to make it vegan, expect to wait up to 20 minutes for a fresh one (though mine took almost 30 minutes). Add some ketchup and mustard, and it comes with a side of fries or fruit, and those carbs and veggies should keep you energized the rest of your Disney trip. 🌱
(Update: multiple people have claimed they will no longer make this sandwich fairy free. I'm uncertain if this is true or not, so don't hesitate to ask)

UPDATE! They've reopened! Paradise Garden Grill closes, no more tofu skewer plates!

During one of my last visits to California Adventure, I couldn't help but notice one of my favorite food spots, Paradise Garden Grill was closed. Even worse, online sources say it won't reopen due to budget cuts, regardless of the popular healthier options that were served at this location.
We will miss those delicious vegetable and tofu skewers, rice pilaf, cucumber salad, chimichurri sauce and grilled pita bread! At least there's always vegan pizza next door at Boardwalk Pizza!
(Update: They have reopened, but there have been reports that the rice pilaf is no longer vegan. Please ask your server. If need be, order plain rice instead)

Vegan & Gluten Free Pizza at DCA

Vegan & gluten free pizza loaded with veggies from Boardwalk Pizza in Disney California Adventure! Its delicious and filling, but available through special request only through the chef. The pizza generally takes 10-15 minutes, but is well worth the wait!

Veg Mexican food in California Adventure Park

At Cocina Cucamonga in California Adventure, there are quite a few vegan options. The grilled veggie burrito or tacos are a favorite of mine. This particular day, they weren't to generous with my tacos. Usually they're loaded with veggies, and practically falling apart due to all the vegetables, but at least it was still delicious. I ordered the grilled veggie tacos with no cheese or sour cream. Also comes with rice, beans, (there is no lard or animal stock in the ingredients) guacamole and pico de gallo. They also sell cinnamon sugar tortilla crisps which are also vegan friendly. (Keep in mind, with any sugar products there's always the risk of it being bone char sugar. Eat at your own risk!)
